Who we are Happy Returns ("we", "us") runs this website. We're at 36 Rosslyn Hill, London, NW3 1NH, and you can email us at info@happy-returns.co.uk. We are the data controller for any personal data collected through this site.

What we collect When you order, contact us or sign up to our newsletter, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, and order history. When you browse the site, we may also collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, using cookies. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, [e.g. Wix Payments / Stripe / PayPal], and we never see or store your full card details.
